How much does a wedding cake cost?

Wedding cakes vary in price depending on factors such as size, design, and location of delivery. The final wedding cake price (including all factors plus delivery & tax) on average equals $5 - $8/serving.

 

How do I inquire for a wedding cake quote?

Simply ask for a quote by sending me a chat form on my website, or email southernandsweetcakes@gmail.com.

I will get some information from you & check my availability. I write up a quote tailored to your specific needs & ill send that to you via email in response. I strive to respond within 24 hours of receiving a request.

 

What Information do I need to provide for a quote?

1. Date & Time your ceremony begins.

2. Location of wedding reception.

3. Estimated amount of guests expected.

4. The look or style you would like for your cake.

 

How far in advance do I need to book?

It all depends on your month & date, but I would suggest booking as soon as you have secured your date & venue!

A 1 month notice is required, but that does not guarantee the date will be available.

Busy months like June, September, & October can sometimes book 12 - 18 months in advance. 

All dates are booked on a first come first serve basis. 

 

Do you have a storefront where I can walk in & purchase a cake?

I do not own a storefront bakery, because I specialize in wedding cakes only. I schedule appointments with clients to discuss your cake, which is dedicated time just for you.
